This page lists the third-party service providers (“sub-processors”) that may process customer personal data to help Ziroo, Inc. (“Ziroo”) provide the Ziroo platform and services, including our Slack integration.
What is a sub-processor?
A sub-processor is a third party that processes customer personal data on behalf of Ziroo (as a processor) to provide the Service, for example, infrastructure, compute, logging, billing, customer support, analytics, and customer-authorized integrations.
How we manage sub-processors
We aim to:
- use reputable vendors,
- limit access to only what is needed to provide the Service,
- contractually require confidentiality and data protection obligations via Data Processing Agreements, and
- maintain and update this list as our sub-processors change.
Our AI model providers operate under zero-data-retention agreements and do not use customer data to train their general-purpose models.
Change notifications
We will update this page when we add or replace sub-processors. If you want to be notified of updates or raise an objection (where applicable under your DPA), contact privacy@ziroo.ai.

Customer-authorized integrations
The following providers are engaged only if you explicitly connect the corresponding integration. Data is accessed strictly within the scopes you authorize, and you can revoke access at any time.

AI model providers
Ziroo uses the following third-party AI providers to generate outputs such as summaries, drafts, briefings, and recommendations. Where used, these providers process customer content strictly to provide the Service, under contractual restrictions and zero-data-retention configurations, and do not use it for their own model training.
