A credit is Ziroo's unit for measuring AI usage. Credit consumption depends on the model used, the complexity of the task, and any tools the agent uses, such as search, data retrieval, code execution, or actions in connected apps.

Credits are charged per action, not per message. Reading a question and answering from shared context costs little. Something that reaches into Shopify, checks it against a delivery record, and posts a result into the space costs more, because it is doing real work across systems, not just generating text. You can track usage inside each space, so you can see exactly what is consuming credits and why.

No. Credits reset at the start of each billing period. This keeps the price predictable and makes usage easy to plan around, you always know what a month costs going in.

Anything already in progress finishes, you are never cut off mid-task. After that, you can add credits in blocks of 10,000 for $20 each, added instantly, no plan change required.

Ziroo is one plan, not tiered seats. $20/month for 10,000 credits, shared across your whole workspace. Extra credits are $20 per additional 10,000, added whenever you need them. First 50 workspaces are locked at $20/month for life in exchange for direct product feedback. Every workspace after pays $50/month. No per-seat pricing, no separate tiers for casual versus power users. One workspace, one number, credits shared across everyone and every agent in it.

Credits are shared across the whole workspace, not assigned per person. Adding someone does not cost extra or trigger proration, they draw from the same pool everyone else in the space already uses.

Ziroo runs on the model best suited to each task, chosen automatically, not something you configure. You never pick a model or pay a different rate for a better one, the credit cost reflects the work done, not which model did it.
